4140 steel is the chromium, molybdenum, manganese low alloy steels noted for good hardenability, strength, toughness, wear resistance, and ductility.
Steel 4140 precision ground flat PH is generally hardened and tempered in the range of 850 to 1000 Mpa for an improved machinability. If annealed 4140 ground flat is needed, we can also do annealed against given specification.
